Overview

Timeslot is a simple to use, fun to operate,  intuitive program that will allow you to set up and manage your departments staff  Schedules with the minimum of effort.

To use Timeslot you do not have to be a computer "whizz kid"  and you don't need to have a degree in Time Management.

Timeslot is a staff scheduling management system program that runs under Windows 95,98 NT,  Windows 2000, Millenium or XPand allows you to simplify the time consuming process of setting up and maintaining the departments day to day staff scheduling. 

If you want to spend more time doing your job and less time sorting out your days scheduling then Timeslot is for you. Timeslot does not do anything complicated. It does not try to set up your schedules for you like some of its complicated hard to use competitors. It simply gives you the tools to quickly and easily manually set up and manage your departments work load on the PC.

Timeslot works by keeping a list of the tasks and activities the department undertakes together with a list of the staff  working within the department. With a few clicks of the mouse a task can be assigned to a member of staff on a particular day at a particular time for a particular duration. The resultant assigned task is instantly and clearly displayed as colour coded bars in either a day or week view

The screen shot left shows Timeslot default day view.

At the top of the screen are the menus and control buttons. All the programs functions are available from the menu options with the most commonly used functions available as buttons.

The lower portion of the screen is the actual schedule display. In the default day view, the departments staff are displayed in a column to the left with coloured bars indicating the tasks they are allocated to the right.

All the tools you need to make setting up and maintaining your schedule are available. Assigned tasks may be copied, edited, deleted or reassigned to other members of staff as required, task colours or names can be changed at will, Staff can join or leave the department at any time plus lots of other functions to make maintaining your schedule easy.

Once your schedules up and running you have the provision to print the day or week views in full colour of monochrome and have a selection of screen based and printable reports to keep a track of your departments hours by task, date or doctor over any range of dates.
